Natalie Bruce
Originally from Chicago, Natalie Bruce relocated to Colorado about a year ago, drawn by the beauty of the outdoors and a desire to continue growing both personally and professionally. She’s been practicing massage therapy since 2017, bringing a strong combination of education, hands-on experience, and personal athletic training to her work.
Natalie’s approach is highly individualized—each session is tailored to the client’s goals and areas of tension. She uses a variety of techniques depending on needs, including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Prenatal, Thai massage, and craniosacral therapy. Natalie is also certified in cupping and gua sha techniques, and has completed over 150 hours of advanced Thai massage training.
Natalie became interested in massage through a long-standing passion for movement and healing. Growing up as a swimmer and athlete, she saw firsthand how massage could reduce tension, support recovery, and enhance performance. That experience led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016, where she developed a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. She went on to complete Clinical Massage Therapy training at the Soma Institute in Chicago in 2017.
Natalie’s mission is to be fully present with each client, using her knowledge and intuition to help ensure alignment. She strives to create a supportive and empowering space where clients can experience a meaningful change—whether recovering from injury, managing stress, or looking to enhance physical performance.
Outside of massage, Natalie is a competitive freediver for Team USA and also works as a freediving instructor and coach. She stays active with swimming, running, cycling, and hiking, and loves exploring the Colorado outdoors. She also enjoys mindfulness practices, yoga, reading, and traveling—all of which help her stay grounded and inspired.
Whether you're an athlete, someone dealing with chronic tension, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, Natalie’s here to support your journey toward greater balance and well-being.
